How to get in touch
The official route for all inquiries is the Connect page. Select the category that best describes you:
- Founder or project - product, partnerships, fundraising or growth.
- Investor or fund - mandate, dealflow or co-investment relationships.
- Company or partner - commercial partnerships, market entry or ecosystem collaboration.
- Builder or operator - full-time, fractional, advisory or project work.
- Other - documentation issues, general questions or legal and administrative requests.
Lumen does not publish a general contact email. Using the Connect page ensures that your message reaches the team with the right context.
What to include
A useful inquiry is specific and concise. Include:
- Your name and organisation.
- A link to your website, project, fund or professional profile.
- What you are working on and the stage you are at.
- What you are looking for - a partner, capital, a capability, a conversation or something else.
- Why Lumen and why now.
Do not include passwords, private keys, seed phrases, financial account details or confidential material in an initial message. Lumen will never ask for a wallet private key or seed phrase.
Response expectations
The team reviews inquiries and responds where there is a relevant fit. Lumen does not guarantee a response time or a meeting. If your context is not relevant to the current network, you may receive a short reply or no follow-up. This is not a judgement on the quality of your work.

Lumen operates as an independent private network. Legal entity and registration details are provided where required in the context of a specific engagement or formal request. For legal or administrative matters, use the Connect page and select “Other”.
