Lumen works with established companies, protocols, platforms and ecosystem organisations that want to build meaningful relationships with the technology companies shaping the next market cycle.

Who this is for

  • Companies entering Web3 or AI. Established businesses exploring new technology, distribution models or customer segments.
  • Protocols and platforms. Teams looking for integrators, builders, enterprise partners or regional ecosystem participants.
  • Service providers. Legal, financial, infrastructure and operational firms that support technology companies and want relevant relationships.
  • Ecosystem organisations. Accelerators, communities, funds and platforms that want to create value for their own networks.

Partnership formats

FormatWhat it can look like
Commercial partnershipDistribution, co-selling, integration or a joint go-to-market relationship.
Strategic introductionA targeted conversation with a founder, operator or company relevant to a specific objective.
Ecosystem collaborationProgrammes, events, content, research or community initiatives that create shared value.
Market entry supportContext, relationships and practical guidance for entering a new segment or region.

Lumen does not force every relationship into a partnership. Some of the most useful outcomes begin as a single conversation that clarifies the market.

Entering Web3 or AI

Companies often approach Lumen with a broad interest in "Web3" or "AI" but without a defined hypothesis. The more useful starting point is a specific question:

  • Which customer segment or use case are we trying to reach?
  • What capability or technology do we need?
  • Do we want to build, partner or invest?
  • What would a successful pilot look like in the first 90 days?
  • Who needs to be involved internally for a decision?

Lumen can help translate that ambition into a focused set of conversations with relevant projects and operators.

What we look for

  • A clear strategic objective. A specific market, capability or relationship you are trying to develop.
  • Internal readiness. The right sponsor, decision-making authority and appetite to engage.
  • A credible value exchange. Something tangible for the other side, not only for your brand.
  • Patience. Good partnerships take time to develop and require follow-through.

Process

  1. Initial context. Share the company, the strategic objective and the type of relationship you are exploring.

  2. Alignment discussion. Clarify the value exchange, the relevant participants and what a successful outcome would look like.

  3. Targeted introductions. Lumen identifies and approaches relevant projects or partners with context.

  4. Development. Support the relationship as it moves toward a pilot, commercial agreement or deeper collaboration.

Ecosystem partners

Lumen is open to working with organisations that strengthen the ecosystem: accelerators, communities, research initiatives and infrastructure providers. A good ecosystem partnership has a clear benefit for participants and a realistic plan for execution. It is not simply a logo exchange.

If you represent an ecosystem organisation, explain the community or capability you bring, the outcome you are seeking and how Lumen participants would benefit.
